I know I already sent out a newsletter this morning, but there was not one drawing in it. Here’s a drawing for you, on a Tuesday afternoon. Of course it’s a silly cat drawing, what do you expect for late in the day?
Big GOP debate tomorrow! I, for one, am looking forward to watching Chris Christie do his thing because he is such a Jersey guy, he tells it like it is (I think). Who will dominate? Pence will fizzle, DeSantis will scramble. Nikki Haley is a bit of a mess, in my opinion. There really is no clear frontrunner in this crew, so this debate may be a force that thins out the race. Or it may not. Will any of you watch?

When I was growing up, my little sister had her *entire* bedroom decorated with B. Kliban’s cats. Giant wall poster, giant pillow cases, sheets, comforter, all covered in Kliban cat cartoons. It was... impressive.
Most important is the cartoon. It works! I imagine, as well, a headboard with a parent staring over (but run screaming from that idea--as would most of us- tho my parents wisely stayed out of my romantic life).
Rather than watching Republican chicanery I imagine instead a democratic discussion/debate with rising stars such as Gorgia's Stacy Abrams, Judge Fani Williams and many others from across the nation... The list of strong dem women is worth noting. Let's turn off media foolishness and build forums where real discussion is the norm. In the meantime lets laugh with Liza!
