I saw these two as I rode the train this morning to visit a friend near New Haven, Connecticut. Just as I was completing their portrait, the woman finished straightening her hair with a hair iron. She then removed her crocks, handed them to her companion who put them in the bag he was holding. He handed her some sparkly sandals from the bag, and she slipped them on her feet. He had on loafers with sparkles, too- but I think he had always had them on. I wonder where they were going.
Thanks for being here, I hope you have a lovely Sunday! These two hopefully will.
Your gentle, lovely cartoon is a form of street photography except without a camera. I believe it is far less intrusive. Kudos. 🙂
I love this look into a moment in someone's life.
