Sitting in a bakery on 46th Street and 8th, I decided to try to capture an indoor/outdoor scene. One of my favorite things to do is sit in a large-windowed cafe and watch people walk in the city.
The finished drawing almost makes it look like the inside and outside are one.
The city is very busy, with lots of tourists, but this particular corner seems like regular folks coming and going from their work or homes.
