'Tis The Season

Today, I did the last of my Christmas shopping, and figured out what to cook for my family for the next two days. Trying some new recipes, which I enjoy. I find this time leading up to December 25th so pleasant. I know I am lucky.

The above drawing is from a few years ago. Some people are very prepared, and on a more positive note, I like to think this man also just enjoys giving gifts!

I don’t know what you think of the one below, in fact I am not sure what I meant by it. Perhaps it’s a commentary on the materialism of the holiday? You can see it was done in pencil, and was draw quickly—also from a few years ago. I can’t imagine any child thinking what this child is thinking!
