Tree Mentoring

I love drawing trees. And I love thinking of the possibility that they do speak to each other and help each other. Do you suppose that trees like being the holder of swings? I think they might, it’s such a joyful thing.

I’ve done many a swing drawing. This was in The New Yorker a while back and is one of my favorites.
