Every now and then I’ll post a sketch video. The above was one I did while waiting for the commuter train in NYC. The woman was sitting just to my right, so I whipped out my iPhone, opened my app and drew her with my finger. I capture the video with a button that is built into the iPhone. My app is called Paper and I love it, have used it almost exclusively for my digital work since 2014. Unfortunately the ipencil doesn’t work on the iPhone, only the iPad. But I do like drawing with my finger- like being back in kindergarten! It gives me a feeling of a new level of connection with the drawing and my subject.
Connection is what it’s all about. And now I have paid it forward and connected with you all!
