Things you said that I didn't know

'There's not much light in the City'

That you were in the City and not in your barn studio.

I could hear the traffic and the horns. I live in the biggest city in Vermont but I can go several days without hearing a horn. Wondering what it's like to hear them. Does the sound disappear from your mind?

Sidney, Well, often there's light but not that day and not in my apartment. I don't have lights for shooting there, so it's dark! And yes, I basically don't hear the horns! If there are alot of them, then I do of course. Or strangley numerous sirens!

Meditative and warm. Watching the process as you spoke. Simply loved this.

So the darkness was an asset perhaps!? Thank you, Patris.

I love your kind spirit. Your messages are filled with insight and compassion and hold a balance between acknowledging the sadness and grief in the world while giving ourselves the chance to remember the beauty, too, which is what keeps us afloat. Plus, the art. Thank you, Liza!

I can feel my blood pressure go down in those few minutes that I watch you draw and listen to you ramble (and I mean that in the best way:).

Great! That's actually what I hope (in some cases). I know I drew Trump on camera once and I could feel my anger in my brush strokes.

I enjoy anything you draw. Thanks.
