Anything Is Possible In New York

New Yorkers are friendly, like this guy above. He knows what the water tower wants and offers it to him! Why he and his hot dog cart are on top of a building is anyone’s guess. It’s New York, anything is possible (and happens).

But those of us in the Northeast don’t want any more water, it’s been pouring all day. We are drowning.
