Grocery prices soared because the companies here finally gave in and paid the tariffs, passing the cost on to the consumers. Prices are still high, because the tariffs were out in place until 2025! People don’t remember the days of struggling to find baby food, formula, regular shelf grocery items. Thus was all during the Trump administration which has skilled over through the Biden administration. It will not end until next year people.
Trump had promised that he will put a 100% tariff on all imported vehicles, car parts, and other imported goods.
This means if that vehicle is a $25,000 imported vehicle, the base price before any taxes, extras, or anything rise will be $50,000! Same thing for car parts. If you currently pay $250 for a radiator, it will be $500 plus! Wake up folks! Trump doesn’t care about anyone or anything. He hadn’t worked a single day if his life. He’s had everything given to him on a golden platter by his father. And he’s declared bankruptcy 6 times since then, still nit working!
