Thank you for sharing these. It's very moving to see how many people around the world do not have the freedoms that we take for granted.

Outstanding. All of this. My hope is that this is more widely disseminated.

I do believe the Arts (capitalized to serve for me as an umbrella term for everything that encompasses) are the implacable enemy of suppression in all its forms, everywhere. Your work exemplifies this.

I loved today's post. I don't think I've seen any other news coverage of Oslo. It gives me hope that these people are shining a light of truth, compassion, and peace. And that you are here, magnifying it with your gentle art.

Bravo Liza, you are amazing. That’s a lot of work for one day! I hope you are finding time for rest and reflection; there is a lot to learn at that conference. Likewise, you continue to open up my world and I am so happy to be along for the ride.

Thank you Liza. These drawings share people making a difference in a very important area in our lives. It must give you a sense of gratitude to be working on this after the Trump trial.

I was happy to see Micha Handler, founder and director of the Jerusalem Youth Choir in the midst of your column. Soon after October 7th, the music director of my chorus alerted us to this amazing chorus that gave us hope at that time. Search for them on You Tube to see their uplifting performances.

This was very helpful to read.

Knowing that “our” problems are shared with the world and that there are others striving to change and heal …..is good and healthy and positively needed.

Thank you!
