Trump's campaign is like a glass of beer left out overnight. Flat, stale, and undrinkable. But when people are hungry, or uninformed, they'll swallow anything. Kamala is a glass of sparkling wine. Enjoy.

I've always been wary of a candidate that people wanted to have a beer with. That said, I'd have a beer with Tim and Kamala, but I'd expect fabulous conversation and a high-quality local craft brew.

Trump doesn't drink, duh. And then there’s this. No doubt you’d crawl on your bleeding knees to have a beer with The Greatest President Who Absolutely Ever Was. Right…?

The image of DonaldTrump “having a beer” with anyone is ludicrous. Not that type of guy.

If you had a beer with the orange man, you should be afraid when you turned your head, that he'd spit in it, and say, "See, I can do that because I'm a celebrity." As for Kamala, at least she can put a sentence together that makes sense.... or even, wonder of wonders, a whole paragraph. And she knows what DEI is, and she could give a course on tariffs and she loves Jewish people and in fact, is married to one.

I'd have a beer with George W. any day, his ranch or mine.

Of course, the moral disparity is enormous. But I don't have a problem with people voting in their best interests. The baffling thing to me is that so many people think Trump benefits them in any way or that things were better under Trump.

I wouldn’t have anything with tRump but a glass of good Chardonnay or champagne or Pinot noir with VP Harris and Tim would be amazing!

It’s complicated. It’s been complicated since the first time I voted in 1972.

Americans live to disagree. If not, we would be the greatest country on Earth. It’s too bad we love to eat our own.

It’s amazing yo me the absurd stupidity of peopke today. On one side we have someone that has done her best to lay out her vision of the future of this nation, and ALL the people in it. On the other side we have a rapist, convicted felon, treasonous traitor, a person that has done out this nation fur his own personal gain, a person in bed with Vladimir Putin, Viktor Orban, Xi, and all the other communist dictators of the world, a person who has openly stated that his vision is to be the dictator of this nation, turn it into a communist country, has openly stated that he will do away with the Constitution, do away with federal agencies and put people in as the head of other agencies that are only loyal to him. He has openly stated he has “a concept of a plan” for the future of this country!

What we have to choose from, bottom line, is the future of this country improving, as I see what one candidate has laid out in her plan versus this country becoming another third world communist country under a leader that’s nothing more than a wannabe dictator, and criminal.

People better wake the hell up!

Well, at least on one point Trump is surely "clear on the issue." It is just fine to spread an out right lie if it boosts your fear-mongering claims.

I was at a neighborhood gathering last night to meet with political candidates running for local offices. Portland is a West Coast progressive liberal city mostly, but there were plenty of complaints about not getting services anymore, condition of city streets, and declines in public safety. Propaganda filters down to local politics, and the corporate media here only report about conflict and crime. As Kurt Vonnegutt used to say, “So it goes.” However, one of the women at the gathering there suggested to a female candidate that she visit some neighborhood nail salons and talk to all the Vietnamese women there. She had registered all of them to vote. I was heartened by that.
