Some humor to help you deal with the heat wave

Some of these were published in The New Yorker, others not. If you’ve been following me a while, you know I love drawing hot dog stands in the city. There’s something about the people who run them—they are quintissential New Yorkers to me. These drawings are also commentary on the American capitalist spirit. I can imagine air conditioners are flying off the shelves today.

I hope you will be able to take it easy and not be too overcome by the heat wave we have coming. My week is pretty hectic, but at least I don’t work outside! Stay safe everyone!
