I also love this community and all of your working out what is happening politically out loud. It is helpful to know when we are not alone in our questions and concerns about the future of this country.
I actually HAVE missed you - especially knowing you were sick. Also, I loved the most recent train station post and that beautiful, classic wall mail box. My aunt worked at a downtown Houston bank that had a similar look. We’d go downtown to the old-fashioned Houston train station where there was a huge, outdoor Christmas tree, then to Foley’s Department Store on Main Street to see Santa every Christmas and give him my ‘list.’ In those days, ALL the huge Houston ‘legal type’ buildings has lovely architecture and interiors that were beautifully structured — and the main Post Office with a mail box like you filmed. Brings back lots of positive, childhood memories.
I went to a cocktail party Saturday that I enjoyed. We left early for the Dave Koz Christmas Concert in Cerritos. He is my cousin. Hope you’re feeling better.
I would have noticed, too! By the way, I love your art. It’s just fine when you want to take a prose break. You speak fully with both words and images. 🌞
I would have noticed, Liza 🥰👍
That last drawing. Reference to future projects, or an upcoming road trip to Las Vegas?
We’re riding in the backseat… drive on! 💕
That is the truth isn’t it. It’s as though we have lost all agency of what rest stop we get to stop at.
Sometimes it’s the best way to travel .. but only with friends, yes?

Liza,
You are our brave hope.

Love the cartoons, Liza. You’d be noticed, so don’t go too far away. 👀
love your stuff
My policy is to attend all holiday parties that feature an open bar…

I've always hated holiday parties; I'm with Greg on the open bar 😉
Happy Holidays to everyone! Skipped a party last nite.. : /
