I Saw These Guys Today
Live-drawing in real time in the train station
While waiting for my train, I did a little sketch on actual paper this time, in a sketchbook. I see this as a snapshot of two people in Moynihan Hall in New York City.
At first I was ecstatic that I found a place to stand a draw, with a surface to hold my sketchbook…then I couldn’t find anyone that was holding still ! My luck, two men sat on the floor right in front of me to eat their lunch and chat. Seemed like a heart-to-heart, right in front of my eyes. I could not see what the one guy was eating, however, but he seemed to enjoy it.
