I Saw These Two People Today
Snuggling on the subway
Sitting on the #1 train this afternoon, I noticed a lovely site—a woman and her grandchild, snuggling close. So I drew them with my finger on my iPhone.
It was a rather bumpy train, more so than usual. So this drawing is a bit more wacky than usual!
On another note: this morning. I submitted another drawing about the Arizona ruling on abortion to The New Yorker. If a cartoonist has a timely idea, we can send it in by 9am in the morning for consideration. They reply by 10am if they want to buy it and you have to finish it by noon. But alas, they didn’t want this one!
