My favorite part of this--and I loved all of it--was to watch you make your corrections as you went along. I was in your head as you thought--well, her neck was much leaner than that...and the Y in Donnelly isn’t quite right. Also amusing to see your email feed intruding on the drawing from above, and you rightly ignoring it. You had much more important things to do at that moment!
They came and went so quickly I thought maybe they were MY email notifications! What were you drawing on, with what program? I don’t always lug my iPad/stylus around, but sometimes I need to do a quick sketch.
Oh thank you so very much for trusting and sharing this with us. Watching you create with the added benefit of hearing and seeing what you see on the screen is a wonderful experience - at least for me. I too thought I was getting those email notifications but was so enraptured in your drawing that it didn’t occur to me that I have email notifications turned off 😂
I love your artistry as to when a line is enough to define something. You don't have to draw lines to define the entire face, just parts, but the face is complete nonetheless. Thank you for showing us these videos; I enjoy watching you work.
Loving how all the comments here are reflecting my thoughts and feelings, too! What a nice community you have here, Liza. Glad every day to be a part of it!
Such a lovely pairing, the easy-going jazz and your relaxed, play-ful sketching. So interesting to see how it came together. Loved the music too. What Playlist were you listening to? I want more of that.
That was just delightful!🥂

I always wonder if I should worry about those emails coming in, you all can see them. But who cares, really? Glad you enjoyed it, Peter, thanks!!

It's called Paper. I love it.
A rare 'peaceful easy feeling' on the NY subway. I could've stayed with it forever.
Ah, that was wonderful!
Thank you for that. Best way to start the day. 🎨
Thanks Philip!!
Ahhh, that was lovely. The music added just the right touch. Please use it again, Liza, whenever you find the right moment.
Thank you, Liz. I will!!
Uh oh, I see a demand for musical accompaniments on future videos!
Yep! I may just need to add that into my thinking now....
Mood!

You're very welcome. So happy to make people smile for a moment.

Thank you, Kim. Half the time, I am not aware of my choices.

Joyce, thank you! It really is a wonderful community. I feel very lucky!

Thanks! It was spotify, but I forget which jazz playlist. I love it.
I loved listening to the jazz while you worked. Sweet.
