This morning I realized that mistakenly, I did not share one drawing from the trial. Maybe this man will be the one who decides what happens in the Carroll vs Trump Civic rape trail. When I was there drawing on Wednesday, I could only see 6 of the juorors as they sat and listened, and I found it fascinating to watch their faces. They betrayed nothing, but seemed to be listening very carefully, as their civic duty asked them to.
Have a safe trip! And, hopefully, all the jurors will return a resounding verdict for E. Jean! We can only keep fingers crossed, prayers for her strength, and wisdom of the jurors.
Looks like a man who will be logical with the facts but when it comes to his feelings, he will likely think of a loved one, I don’t know who but naturally he’s going to imagine possible loved ones who have experienced that trauma and how much it hurts; but there is a chance a loved one who may have been falsely accused and the trauma that creates, which would need to be overcome, acknowledge how much betrayal a false accusation can cause a person to feel, but the facts do not show a betrayal of a false accusation, the facts show a betrayal of boundaries, a betrayal of respect to a woman who could be any woman, wife, daughter, granddaughter, niece, a betrayal of their freedom that’s what the facts show.
How do you find a juror who is neutral on Trump? On rape? It’s a miracle that that guy is sitting in that particular jury box, weighing the evidence. Thank you, citizen! Next up, a definitive answer: chicken, or egg?

Thank you, Daniel. We are behind her!

What a beautiful response, Raul. And so true. Thank you.

I love the judicial system. While I know it is often flawed, in theory it’s a beautiful thing. And sometimes works beautifully.
Brings to mind the Churchill quote: "Democracy is the worst form of government except for all others."
