I drew this drawing a while ago, just now sort of randomly found it and brought it out to share with you. What does it mean? Is it political? I often wonder if, when I choose things to share that are not obviously political, they might be inadvertantly saying something. Or we read into it.
Mainstream media seems to be deciding that the Dems are “settling” for Joe. “Democrats subtly move towards acceptance towards Biden staying in the race,” (Wapo), “Top Democrats, swallowing fears, remain behind Biden.” (NY Times). The LA Times has nothing on this subject, and the Chicago Tribune just remarks on the meeting of Democratic Mayors tonight with Biden to “shore up support.”
I am more certain than ever that Joe is the best.
My day was pretty intense working on the documentary. We are searching for a cinematographer, applying for grants, and working on the kickstarter. I am finding it so interesting yet a good bit stressful! Below is an example of one of our new rewards (a gif!) that we are giving out for donations.
I hope you all had a good day. See you tomorrow.
Love this drawing!! The idea of reading into things is the very essence of how art works, isn’t it — and a mirror for all human communication, too, I think.
(Also since you mention looking for a cinematographer — I know a very good one who is skilled w/ documentaries: https://joe-a.com/documentaries)
Love it❤️❤️❤️ (my husband says everything is political 😎💙🇺🇸💙)!
