Sometimes to abandon the safety net and leap into the void is the only way. I'm game if you are Liza!
Many of us are on this site Liza because you exemplify strength and heart (and artistic talent). And spurred by you--we treat each other with care and kindness.
It's ok to feel grave difficulties. Trump is a fascist and many, somehow, are drawn to his sad mix of power and violence.
So we reach out to each others (and birds) and keep at it. Win or loose Trumpism will remain. We must find ways to build community and transform hate, racism, toxic heterosexism and the many other divides before us. These barriers are not new and have characterized this country for decades. Social media amplifies these divides and the hate seem to surround us.
We must reach out to others. I'll borrow the phrase others have championed:"We are the leaders we are looking for...!!"
