It's certainly not a crowd favorite, that's for sure. I think a few people at our table eat it but we always have leftover. Thank god it lasts for ever!
I love Thanksgiving. It’s about family, friends, and food… and of course giving thanks. I haven’t heard of sauerkraut with the meal but it sounds delicious. One clear memory I have is my mother asking me ( then young and strong) to whip the big pot of mashed potatoes. I still do it but as I’ve grown older I can better understand her request. Happy Thanksgiving to all!
