Not the saddest news on the list, but, alas… those great trains with the orange seats you so lovingly colored are being phased out.

I remember when those seats were introduced.. and I also remember the woven wicker(?) seats that were standard subway seating before…

The fellow on the right looks so like my musical theatre colleague on his way to or from our BMI Librettist’s Workshop near the WTC on Tuesday 6-8:30 pm. His outfit matches perfectly as does his features and hair!

Love the cartoons. Question: does anyone ever notice you drawing them? Do they ever say anything? Curious. I think there should be a hue and cry for H's job. He is so obviously not in any way competent. And I almost fell off my chair (doing a lot of that lately) with the steeplechase prayer hand emojis. And the prayers for our "warriors." Good grief, Charlie Brown. Prayers for men about to blow up other men? No words.

Whoever would say that “The Atlantic Magazine” is “going out of business,” and that its Editor in Chief, Jeffrey Goldberg is a “total sleezebag?” How in-the-know or educated or wise is that person?
