I suspect Santos issued a poker tell in an interview when he said something like, "If you deeply investigated all Senators and Representatives, you'd find bad things." I think he subconsciously revealed that further investigations into him will reveal bigger and deeper lies.
I agree. The lying is so out of line with integrity of any sort

I hope someone does that. I wonder what he knows.
I doubt he knows anything important about anything else but I'd guess we're going to learn about other deeper lies. A con man doesn't stop at one con.
