Especially loving the "pundits" cartoon. I think we all have pundits under our beds, different ones depending on race, gender, religion, national origin and, of course, party affiliation. Mine is still my 9th grade Latin teacher, who was a nun who missed her calling in the military. She could both pontificate and throw a punch.
I'm so with you! I stopped watching TV news about 20 years ago except for times like election returns and huge catastropheslike 9-11. I get all my other news and punditry from reading, but not social media. Just these two changes have contributed immensely to much better sleep, along with finally being done with hot flashes, which contributes so much to my waking hours.
