I’m a reluctant gardener with a similar history though my problem was turkeys. This year there will be garlic, chives, leeks, basil. Cilantro. Potatoes. Shishito peppers. A few hot peppers. Blueberries and raspberries. Thanks to an irrigation system since I’m unreliable for watering.
I’m a pesto lover too. Must be basil! and LOTS of garlic; olive oil, pine nuts, and pecorino cheese (or parmesan). So easy, so delicious. Oh, now my mouth is watering.
